Each Enameled Copper circle is 5/8 inch diameter.
The Earrings weigh 3.5 grams, 1/8 ounce
Sterling silver French hook
The enameling begins with two base coats of Black and the Earrings are finished with a hard clear coat.
Each disk is coated and torch fired one at a time in multiple coats of glass enamel front and back. The front is finished with a hard clear coat.
The edges are then sanded to expose the bright copper underneath; sanded yet again for a completely smooth finish.
These earrings are one of a kind, they are not mass produced. I hand sift enamel onto each piece myself, no other earrings I make will be exactly the same. Small Classic Black earrings go with almost anything..
