Cookie Cutter Shipping
We strive to ship orders daily and aim to process and ship cookie cutter orders within 24 hours. Shipping is typically via USPS Ground Advantage for most orders; however, larger orders may be upgraded at our discretion.
Expedited shipping options, including Priority Mail and Express Mail, are available at checkout for an additional cost. Any free shipping offers are limited to shipments within the USA only.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns of unused items are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Please mail your return to:

Refunds and exchanges are only available for items in new, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
