Butter Yellow and Aqua Blue Handmade Enameled Copper Earrings, Made in The Fussy Pup Workshop. Seymour Indiana, USA
Earrings ~ total drop is 1 1/8 inches (28 mm)
Each Enameled Copper circle is 5/8 inch diameter.
The Earrings weigh 3.5 grams, 1/8 ounce
Sterling silver French hook
Each disk is coated and torch fired one at a time in multiple coats of glass enamel front and back. The front is finished with a hard clear coat.
The edges are then sanded to expose the bright copper underneath; sanded yet again for a completely smooth finish.
The enameling begins with two base coats of Yellow followed by a chunk of Transparent Aqua. The Earrings are finished with a hard clear coat.
These earrings are one of a kind, no other earrings I make will be exactly the same. I love the contrast of the blue against the yellow background.
