Each Enameled Copper circle is 5/8 inch diameter.
The Earrings weigh 3.5 grams, 1/8 ounce

The enameling begins with multiple coats of Black, Clear, Yellow and Opalescent Jewels Glass Enamels. This is a torch fired piece, I used very high heat to bring the copper out through multiple layers of enamel and firing at very high heat and achieved this eerie, odd, almost cay eye effect. I love the way these turned out!
These are one of a kind never to be duplicated again... I forgot what I did.

Each disk is coated and torch fired one at a time in multiple coats of glass enamel front and back. The front is finished with a hard clear coat.
The edges are then sanded to expose the bright copper underneath; sanded yet again for a completely smooth finish.
