Handmade Enameled Copper Bracelet ~ Aqua Blue / Orange with Black and Red Confetti

Aqua Blue Handmade Enameled Copper Bracelet, Made in The Fussy Pup Workshop. Seymour Indiana, USA

Bracelet is 8 inches (21 cm) long including the toggle
Each Enameled Copper Disk is 1" X 1 3/8" (2.5 X 3.5 cm)
Each disk is connected to the next with Sterling Silver 5mm rings.
This Enameled Copper Bracelet weighs just over 1 ounce (32 g)

I cut copper disks one at a time and cold forge them into oblong shapes.

Each disk is then coated and torch fired one at a time in multiple coats of glass enamel front and back. The front is finished with a hard clear coat.

The edges are then sanded to expose the bright copper underneath; sanded yet again for a completely smooth finish.

Joined with sterling silver jump rings; each individually soldered closed. The toggle will fasten on any one of the links; someone with a smaller wrist can wear this bracelet too.

The enameling begin with two base coats of White followed by Transparent Aqua with accents of Opaque Sunset Orange. The bracelet is finished with Black and Red Confetti and a hard clear coat.

This bracelet is one of a kind, no other bracelet I make will be exactly the same. I love the contrast of the orange against the blue background, it reminds me of turquoise and copper.
