Refund and Exchange Policy
At The Fussy Pup, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Timeframe
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Exceptions
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Ship the Item
Securely package the item and ship it to the following address:

- Processing
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- All refunds will be issued through the Shopify interface to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your payment account, depending on your bank.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- You received an incorrect item
If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for damaged or incorrect items.
