Ingredients

  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • 4 oz (1 cup) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
  • 2–3 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a food processor, combine the flour, cheeses, onion powder, garlic powder (if using), and salt. Pulse until well mixed. Add chilled butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add water until the dough forms a ball.
  2. Chill the Dough: Wrap dough in plastic wrap, flatten into a disk, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
